The Addict’s Mom: Lights of Hope is an event that will take place on Saturday, September 9th from 7-8:30 PM at the UVM-CVPH Medical Center at the Circle of Healing & Hope (75 Beekman Street, Plattsburgh, NY). Attached is information on the upcoming free citizen training program for disaster preparation being offered on Tuesday, August 8th from 2-3:30 pm at the Plattsburgh Senior Center locate at 5135 No. Catherine Street. Participants will receive information on how to prepare for any disaster, how to develop a family emergency plan, and what emergency supplies you should obtain. Registration is needed to attend this informative program.
Who says that there is no such thing as a “free lunch”??? The Summer Food Service Program starts today, Monday June 26th from Noon to 1 PM at the Ted K. Center for anyone ages 18 and under. Healthy lunches will be served weekdays (Monday through Friday) at the Ted K. Center.
