Placing a Routine Work Order
(No Emergency Work Orders)

To Report a Routine Work Order by Phone

If you have a routine work order, call the maintenance phone number 518-563-0430.  When the automated phone system answers press “105.”  Give the work order information to the person who answers the phone.  If you reach the automated voicemail system, leave a message stating your name, address, telephone number, and what needs to be repaired.

To Report a Routine Work Order by Email

If you have a routine work order and wish to email your request to maintenance, please provide your name, address, telephone number, and a brief description of what needs to be repaired.  Email this information to [email protected].
