(No emergency work orders)

To Report a Routine Work Order by phone :
If you have a routine work order, call the maintenance phone number. When the automated phone system answers press "105". Give the work order information to the person who answers the phone. If you reach the automated voice mail system, leave a message stating your name, address, telephone number, and what needs to be repaired.

Place a Work Order Online:
If you have a routine work order and wish to email your request to maintenance, please provide your name, address, telephone number, and a brief description of what needs to be repaired. Email this information to gabe@phaplattsburgh.com.
