Plattsburgh Sunrise Rotary will hold the 5th Annual Winter Carnival on the front lawn of CVPH on Saturday, February 1, 2014 between 11 am and 3 pm. Admission is free! There will be sledding (bring your sled), ice skating (bring your skates), healthy snacks and drinks, disc gold, carnival games, horse drawn wagon rides and more.
