Million Can Redemption Plan

Monday was the launching date of The Million Can Redemption Plan at the Ted K. PHA Receives Federal Funding

The Plattsburgh Housing Authority will be receiving $709,339 in federal funds that will directly benefit our residents and improve the quality of our apartments.  Several renovation projects that will get started include, but are not limited to, new windows for some of the buildings and work on the AC and heating system.

“Having a roof over your head is one of life’s basic necessities, so we must do everything we can to help provide those truly in need with a place to live” said Senator Charles Schumer.

The main goal in spending this money is to make sure the residents have pleasant, well-maintained apartments.
