Just a reminder that Plattsburgh Housing Authority will be Smoke-Free beginning Monday, July 30th. As stated in the No-Smoking Policy (which all tenants have signed), smoking/vaping will no longer be allowed in apartments, interior common areas, hallways, laundry rooms, stairways, offices, elevators or in outside areas within 25 feet of a building (family housing) or within 40 feet of a building (senior housing) effective July 30, 2018.

The UVM-Champlain Valley Physicians Hospital telephone number listed on the attachment (518-314-3633) is the contact number for Elise Rock (RN, Tobacco Cessation Counselor) who has been working with Plattsburgh Housing Authority to assist tenants who are ready to quit smoking.
